Hello and Happy Thursday!! I want to let people that have Eyemed Vision, Delta Dental, Humana, etc. know that Eyewear Express IS IN-NETWORK for these plans. We are also a PLUS provider. Somehow we got removed from the "Provider Locator" on their website. They are trying to fix it, but it's taking them a while.
