On Monday, Oct. 24th, we'll launch our final Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course for this year. MBSR is an evidence-based, experiential training program that offers tools and concepts you can learn and apply in your daily life, helping you live with a greater sense of stability, well-being, and contentment. Classes are online, Monday evenings, Oct. 24th through Dec. 19th, from 6:00 - 8:30 PM ET. We offer flexible, sliding scale pricing and maintain small/optimal size classes. I'm a certified, experienced MBSR teacher and facilitator and I'll be leading this course. I hope you can join me!

I loved reading this article about "walks of wonder" (as we call them in MBSR). These "awe walks" have definitely done wonders for my wellbeing, especially over the past couple of years! If you're curious about this, you might want to take a look at the article below. Or, better yet, head outside, open up your senses (as if for the first time), and soak in the many wonders you experience!
