Come join us every Friday morning for a virtual Posture Class focused on getting you more balanced and functional for the weekend ahead!

Follow along and learn some simple exercises every week! You will receive a recording of the class so you may practice on your own. The 30 minute Balance & Function Class is held on Fridays at 8:30 am 🧘‍♀️
