🔒 Armed Security Officer – Second Shift
Location: Waldorf, MD

Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
Shift: Fridays & Saturdays - Night Shift (4 Hours)

Position Overview

Protection Enforcement Agency LLC is seeking licensed Armed Security Officers for an assignment in Waldorf, Maryland. The ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, strong situational awareness, and the ability to operate confidently while armed in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a visible armed presence at assigned post(s)

Conduct routine patrols and monitor for suspicious or unsafe activity

Enforce site rules, access control procedures, and client policies

Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in accordance with post orders

Complete accurate daily activity logs and incident reports

Coordinate with supervisors, clients, and local law enforcement as required

Requirements

Valid Maryland Armed Security Guard License (required)

Valid Maryland Wear and Carry Permit (required)

Valid government-issued photo ID

Reliable transportation

Strong communication skills and situational awareness

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods

Schedule Options:
• 5:00 AM – 11:30 AM
• 5:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain a visible armed presence at assigned post
• Conduct patrols and monitor property for safety and security issues
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies per post orders
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports
• Enforce site rules and client policies professionally
Requirements
• Valid Virginia DCJS Armed Security License (required)
• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
