👋🏼 Hellooooo! Rebekah here 🙋🏼‍♀️! I hope your spring has been beautiful with things warming up and new life blooming. ☀️ As I do every year, I took a much needed break from work after the holidays. It’s usually around this time each year that I head back to the shop and begin creating new things. However, I’ve decided to step away from my business indefinitely.

When I began Prosper Woodwork, it was by a Word from the Lord. And it’s by a Word from Him that I step away for a bit. When the seasons change and He asks me to lay something down, I’ve learned that the outcome is always good. He wove creativity and artistry in me as He knit me together. It’s part of who I am, so I will continue to use this space on social media to share the processes and finished pieces that I create when inspiration hits.

So for now, I will not be taking any custom orders or restocking any items in my Etsy shop. BUT in order to move inventory out (I have so much stuff), I’m offering 40% OFF ALL RESIN ITEMS! That’s coasters, ornaments, trees, and the house collection! You can use code CLEANOUT40 on Etsy, or if you’re local, contact me and we’ll do it another way. I’ll continue to share any items left in my shop, along with items that are not listed in my shop yet (I made a bunch of things for an in-person Christmas event that I never listed in my shop!)

Thank you for being on this journey with me! I love this community and I’m continually inspired by the creatives in this corner of Instagram and Facebook. You’ll still see me around here every once in a while… just in a different capacity! ❤️

I took a poll back in the summer to see what you guys like more, the original Christmas tree ornaments or house ornaments. Though the OG’s won, the houses received a LOT of love. So I decided to make a small batch in a couple of semi-precious stone colors: amethyst and opal. 💜🤍 Available in my shop (link in profile)!

Production has been a little slower this year because I’m navigating a new change… homeschooling my kids!! It’s been SO good, but finding time to work has been a little tricky. I think I’m finding my rhythm, but I have to give myself a lot of extra time and grace to get all my Prosper Woodwork things done!

All that to say, more new items are coming, but they won’t be available until sometime in October/early November! So hang tight, and keep your eye out for new stories showing the processes for all my crazy endeavors!!

I have no idea why I wanted to make mini honey pots and dippers so bad, but I just HAD to do it! The process was super therapeutic, especially while figuring out new techniques. It was also a little frustrating at times (I may have accidentally destroyed a few sets 🥴) when those techniques failed! 😜 But I’m delighted with the outcome and just love how cute and small these maple sets are.
