NWLife Family,

We did it! This last Sunday, we hosted our annual Kicks-4-Kidz event and distributed 110 new pairs of Nike tennis shoes to kids in need from the 4 closest elementary / middle schools here at NWLife. The sun came out to warm the bouncy houses on our East lawn and it really was a beautiful day of loving and serving our community. Thank you, church family.

This Sunday is, according to the church calendar, Pentecost. This is pretty much the next big thing after Eastertide – so, I hope you’ll come participate… come be the church.

Also, we are officially now in our Summer Schedule: one service together at 10:00am. Kid’s Life and nursery staffed and ready for fun! Always food and good times on the lawn after.

We’ve kicked off our annual Easter Candy Drive – so I’m here reminding you to purchase candy, the good stuff—and the stuff that fits inside those little colorful plastic Easter eggs, and bring at least some of it to the church lobby for donation.

This weekend, I’ll be bringing the next Lent message as we gather for our regular morning services (9:30 and 11:00am). As tradition demands, we’ll be serving food in the lobby between services and all the kid’s classes and nursery will be open too. We’ll save you a seat!
