The kickoff FIFA game Thurs, June 11 is vs Mexico and South Africa. To celebrate the games and the exciting mix of cultures, Liberty Cafe will be offering a daily kaleidoscope of different food and drinks endemic to the countries of the competing teams. In honor of Mexico we will feature our rich Mexican Mochas enhanced with vanilla, cinnamon, almond and select spices. In honor of the FIFA games about to begin tomorrow, June 11th, Liberty Cafe is giving a gastronomic welcome to each of the competing teams by offering a food or drink endemic to their countries.. We will feature Mexican Mochas infused w Cinnamon, vanilla, almond and select spices ( next photo up) . Our food treat is one seemingly difficult to pronounce but easy to enjoy.. Braaibroodjie (pronounced Bry broo kee) sammies. South Africa's Grilled cheese taken up a culinary notch w a blend of cheeses, tomatoes, onions, and mango chutney. So tasty ! , , , ,
