Daniela is a second-year PhD candidate in Counselor Education and Supervision at the University of Nevada, Reno. She is passionate about building a strong community of counselors and creating meaningful impact through mentorship, leadership, and advocacy. 
Through her work and leadership, she: 
✨ Develops and coordinates initiatives that support counseling students through mentorship and professional growth. 
✨ Leads peer mentorship and contributes to statewide training opportunities for counseling students across Nevada. 
✨ Brings a global perspective as an international scholar from Brazil, focusing on mental health in schools. 
✨ Creates supportive spaces where students feel connected, empowered, and prepared for their careers.
