Our resident vocal group, "Revel-ation", had another successful concert! This time around, the group has swelled to triple its original size and continues to offer our residents a chance to participate in a meaningful art form themselves, as well as bringing joy to fellow residents, their families and the surrounding community. We are so proud of this group and our amazing resident experience coordinator, Emily who uses her professional background in music to guide this amazing group!
This week, Revel Palm Desert residents paid special homage to the life and legacy of Marilyn Monroe in honor of the American icon's 100th birthday! They capped off a full day of Marilyn-inspired festivities with a singing of "Happy Birthday" in front of downtown Palm Springs' famous, 26-foot-tall "Forever Marilyn" statue. It was truly wonderful to see Revel residents celebrating the lasting impact of a figure whose rise to fame marked their lives and whose legacy they still feel deeply connected to, all in the city she once called home.

Our first "Mystery Outing" of the season was a big hit! Residents boarded the community shuttle with no clue where we were headed. Where did we go? A tropical-themed frozen yogurt shop where they loaded up on tasty island-themed delights!
