Soooo GRATEFUL for my health! My purpose for creating this page was to share my passion for wellness but over the course of life & Covid chaos I haven’t posted much on this page!!! My goal is to jump into 2022 stronger & be the light on this path for all interested in staying motivated, inspired & moving forward to their best self! 3- 2’s in 2022!!!

Love using simple ingredients to make nutrient dense powerfuel! One of my absolute favorite slow cooker meals! Mild Yellow Chicken Curry! Perfect post workout meal & easy family dinner ♥️

Quarantine life has us whipping up snacks & more snacks 😋💯🙏🏻
Try this healthy nutrition hack that morphed banana oatmeal cookies into protein infused “trail run bites”
I add handfuls of milk chocolate chips, raisins... I use raw honey, 1-2 TBSP vanilla extract & 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder 💪🏻
I put raw honey, nut butter of choice- (usually peanut butter) & 3 bananas into my Vitamix... Blend until smooth THEN I add blended mixture to large glass Pyrex bowl & stir in protein powder, chocolate chips, raisins...
