UCP Staffing is seeking experienced Reach Forklift (Telehandler) Operators to support active construction and industrial projects throughout Northern Nevada.

✅ REQUIREMENTS:
✔ Rough Terrain Reach Forklift Certification (REQUIRED)
✔ OSHA Construction Certification (REQUIRED)
✔ Proven construction site experience
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs
✔ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
✔ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
✔ Team-oriented with a strong safety mindset

🔨 JOB DUTIES:
• Operate telehandlers to lift, move, and position materials
• Load and unload flatbeds, trailers, and delivery trucks
• Place materials at elevated heights and hard-to-reach locations
• Follow all OSHA and site-specific safety procedures
• Conduct daily equipment inspections
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work closely with foremen, crane operators, and construction crews
