Happy 4th of July! 🇺🇸
Today, we celebrate 250 years of freedom and the heroes who make it possible. We were honored to participate in Incline's Local Heroes Parade. We loved sharing the day with Dave & Cheryl Duffield Foundation, our Liberty Dogs staff, Veterans, puppy raisers, friends, family, and pups, while sharing our mission to support Veterans’ healing journey through highly trained Service Dogs and wellness programs.

Big news! 🐾 Last week marked a massive milestone for Liberty Dogs™: our very first matriculation and puppy turn-in ceremony.
Class 001 is officially back on campus to begin Advanced Training, the next big step in their journey to becoming Liberty Service Dogs™. We couldn’t be prouder of these pups, but our hearts are also full of gratitude for the incredible community members who raised and trained them.
Our mission is only possible because of you. ❤️

Our Shelter team met with KTVN 2 News to talk about our new Shelter Foster Program. The more dogs the community fosters, the more we can rescue from high-euthanasia shelters. They’ll get a second chance, training to be a Service Dog for a U.S. Veteran with PTSD.
