It’s the same song and dance every year. Mike begs me to not post on his birthday, I promise to not listen to him 😆 So here it is: Your Yoga Pod hype man is celebrating his birthday today. He will be mountain biking, hiking, eating pizza, and being his normal happy, smiley, loud, fun self. I know we all feel the love as he celebrates us each and every time we walk through those doors but today is when we get to Woooooooo for him. Thanks Mike for leading us all in only the way you can, we hope your day is as spectacular and fun as YOU are. Cheers to reverse aging.
