I have said for a long time I carry a blessing/curse. Whenever I pass judgment on someone I find myself in a situation that forces me to understand their choices, or see myself in their shoes. I’ve learned that everyone really is doing the best they can with the tools they have (ie: awareness, support systems, resources).. There may be things that I know aren’t right for me at this time, or that I don’t agree with, but I don’t judge. And if I do, believe me, the universe will teach me a valuable (and usually very inconvenient, sometimes painful) lesson.
