What actually makes a workforce strong in Nevada?
It is not just jobs. It is the infrastructure behind them that connects Nevadans to training, employers, and long-term career pathways across the state.
For Nevadaworks, workforce infrastructure means building systems that respond to Nevada’s growing and evolving economy, from healthcare and construction to advanced manufacturing, logistics, and public service.
When those systems are working together, Nevadans in both urban and rural communities can access the support they need to prepare for in-demand careers, grow their skills, and stay connected to opportunities close to home.
