This client came in for his very first facial. We did a customized 90-minute Signature Facial targeting clogged pores and sun damage, along with a brow shape, ear wax, and nostril wax.
With Father’s Day around the corner, a gentle reminder that self-care is for everyone; because a little maintenance goes a long way.
A client asked me the other day what I've been doing for my own self-care.
Lately, it's looked less like doing more and more like making space for what fills me back up.
Yesterday was one of those days.
May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month.
This is a reminder to pay attention to your skin especially when something shows up that feels new, different, or like it’s changing over time.

E — evolving (any change in shape, size, or texture over time)

The skin barrier is the skin’s outer protective layer, responsible for protection, hydration retention, and overall resilience.
When it is functioning well, the skin is better able to tolerate treatment, regulate inflammation, and maintain balance over time.
When compromised, the skin becomes more reactive, slower to heal, and more prone to congestion and inflammation. This often happens with over-exfoliation, harsh products, environmental stress, or inconsistent care.
