We are looking for seasonal help!

Available times are Wednesday through Sunday evenings 1pm-8pm (until 9pm Friday and Saturday). Also Monday through Thursday midday 10am-6pm.

Job duties include running a cash register, stocking, and the receiving and putting away of orders. Evening position would also include learning to close the store so you would be trained on that process and carry a key.
Pay is based upon availability.
Anyone hired would be on a seasonal basis.

With the summer season about to kick off we thought we should go ahead and reintroduce ourselves!

We are Shane and Caitlin Mellin, husband and wife team who own RB Convenience. Some of you may have already met us or heard about our acquisition of the store back in September 2021. (Word spreads fast in this town!😉) I'm sure there are going to be many of you who are familiar with the store from visiting Rehoboth in the past but not with us at the helm. So for those of you in that category, hello and we look forward to meeting you!

We are SO excited for our first summer season! We still have the great selection of products you have come to know the store for providing. We have made a few layout changes in the store over the winter and spring to better organize product categories and streamline your shopping experience. We have also added Coca Cola and Lewes Dairy products to our lineup this year due to high demand. We would like to note, there have been a lot of random shortages of particular brands of certain products due to the ongoing supply chain issues. Our goal is to continue the legacy of what the store is known for (a great selection of products) and we are working hard with our vendors through these shortages to do so!

Some of you already know that we have not had lottery since we took over the store. That is changing! We WILL have DE Lotto back on site within the next couple weeks. This is the timeline we were given by the rep and we are impatiently awaiting the arrival of our lottery machine. Fingers crossed it gets here soon!
