Once there was a tree, and she loved all the generous gift-givers.

We've been waiting all year for this season, Pam most of all. And finally, it's here! We just put up the giving tree last night & it's every bit as beautiful as we imagined it would be :)

Once again, we will be celebrating the holiday with a “Giving Tree," in collaboration with SpcaLA. (https://spcala.com/)

The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Los Angeles is an independent, nonprofit animal welfare organization serving Southern California since 1877.

You will find below a list of their most URGENT needs. Bring in one item from the list (MUST BE NEW, and UNOPENED) and pick a present from our Giving Tree.

Prizes range from discounted services, samples, products, and of course, a complimentary massage.

SpcaLA is in urgent need of the following items

*Clay, non-clumping cat litter

*Dog chews for enrichment
*Canned kitten, cat, puppy, & dog food (HIGH PRIORITY)
*Dry kitten, cat, puppy, & dog food
*New blankets, towels, stainless steel dog/cat bowls,
*Gift certificates (Staples, Amazon, etc.)
*Kuranda beds
*NEW Dog toys
*NEW Cat toys

We will be accepting donations from December 1st - December 31st.

Are you still looking for stocking stuffers, a sure-to-be sought-after white elephant gift, or just need an idea for a special someone?

Foam rolling tools can really be the perfect present for another or your own self-care. Think of these little helpers as extensions of my elbows :)

My top three might look like a fun chew toy, but they actually can be the most resourceful way to effectively roll out and pining trigger points from head to toe.

The Orb (https://amzn.to/3G6Yy7z) mini extreme - My go-to foam rolling ball. The only tool that can get into those tiny joint areas

The Beastie (https://amzn.to/3d8OVbO) - For those who've graduated from the Orb, this li 'l beast will really sink into overdeveloped tissue and trigger points.

and now... MY FAVORITE NEW TOOL FROM 2022

Neck Massager (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B2RCR9KP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) - this thing is nifty! Its the first neck massager that allows you to trigger point and roll up and down to target all of your neck muscles!
(Hint - there may be a few of these under the giving tree)

Just be sure your furry loves don't get their teeth on them :)
