Happy New Year! 🎆 Thank you for your love and support this past year🥹❤️📖I sold a lot of books!! I’m beyond grateful to every single one of my readers🙏🏼🥰📚
Here are a few things I learned this year. Perhaps one of these lessons will inspire you in some small way. Sending you all my best wishes for a prosperous and joyful 2026.

1. Hanging out with younger people helps keep you young.
2. If you look at your past with a fresh perspective, you can find blessings and meaning in the hard times.
3. Love is possible at any age, but you need to do the inside work first.
4. Writing a book is like having a baby. You forget the pain and then when you’re in the midst of it again, the memories come flooding back.
5. Dance as much as humanly possible.
6. Do more things that make you uncomfortable because that’s where growth happens.
7. When your kids are adults you will have a lot of fun hanging out with them.
8. You will learn a lot by being an active listener.
9. Join a book club or start one and make it a mix of people who you don’t normally hang out with.
10. You are never too old to start something new and chase your dreams.
11. Be compassionate. You don’t know what people are going through.
12. When it comes to my adult kids, I live by this mantra: Shut up and put out the welcome mat.
13. Don’t hang out with boring people and appreciate the friends who show up for you.
14. Emphasize what you think is good about yourself and what you don’t like, change it.
15. Where you focus your thoughts is what you attract.
16. An attitude of gratitude really works.
17. Have fun with fashion and learn what looks great on your body.
18. Don’t hold back from saying nice things to people, you might make their day.
19. If you’re struggling, ask for help.
20. Never underestimate the power of a good night’s sleep.

Many years ago, I was sitting in my friend’s bathroom while she got ready for a party. We had shared similar struggles and I said, “This is your beautiful marble bathroom. Look how far you’ve come!” She looked me dead in the eyes and said, “I manifested this.”
That moment marked the start of my manifesting journey. Through dedication and practice, I've witnessed its power. Keep believing and manifesting your dream life. Everything will work out. It may not be in the timeframe you imagine, but when it happens, you’ll realize the timing was perfect.
