Now rebranded as SecureSpace Arlington, the four-story property offers 49,409 square feet of storage space across 880 units in a dense neighborhood with direct access to the acclaimed Shirlington urban village. A comprehensive cosmetic and capex overhaul will enhance curb appeal and the customer experience for the 295,000 people and 23,000 new housing units within three miles. This purchase marks SecureSpace's third operating store in the DC-Baltimore MSA, with a fourth new development opening soon.

The newly-built Class A facility is strategically located on the heavily trafficked Avalon Boulevard, less than one mile from the 110 Freeway, where 27,000 vehicles pass by daily, in a dense residential area with a three-mile population of 500,000. The area currently has an exceptionally low self-storage supply of 1.9 square feet per capita within a three mile radius. With the addition of SecureSpace Los Angeles Avalon, SecureSpace now has ten stores open and operating in the Los Angeles MSA, and another three under construction.

Insite Property Group is pleased to announce the opening of its newest facility, SecureSpace San Bernardino, located on East Highland Ave, serving the city of San Bernardino, California.
The facility sits on the heavily trafficked East Highland Avenue, near Interstate 210, making it highly accessible to the nearby densely populated residential areas, with a three-mile radius population of 159,000, more than half of whom are renters. The three-mile trade area is significantly undersupplied with 4.4 square feet per capita existing, far below the national average, and there are no new developments planned.

Continuing its growth in the Los Angeles market, SecureSpace is pleased to announce the acquisition of Stor-Mor Self Storage at 8635 Valley Boulevard in Rosemead, CA.
Now rebranded as SecureSpace Rosemead, the facility provides 44,351 square feet of storage across 659 units, along with 96 rentable parking spaces. Situated directly on Rosemead’s primary thoroughfare, in front of which 26,000 vehicles pass by daily, this retail location has contributed to the historically high occupancy at the property. A substantial renovation is planned, designed to enhance appeal for the 258,000 people living within three miles of the store.
SecureSpace's Managing Director Nathan McElmurry notes: "The prior owner was diligent about stewarding the asset over the years, and our planned upgrades will bring it in line with the look and feel of the substantial urban renewal taking place in the immediate area.
