Next, Marcele will guide you through yin-inspired movement and intuitive stretching, helping the body release stagnant energy and unwind tension. Through slow, mindful postures, you’ll create spaciousness within, preparing your entire being to arrive in stillness. We close with a soothing, immersive sound bath led by Lynette, where crystal bowls, handpan, and healing frequencies wash over you.
