The Clean - Just Work
The Push Press - Reinforce proper bar placement overhead and fatigue those little muscles.
The Jerk - Aggressive leg drive, and getting yourself under the bar. FAST!

Deficit work will help you be patient through a longer pull allowing you to finish with better extension through the hips and generate more power. ⠀

What we do in Barbell Club is the exactly same thing we do in our group classes. We just do it a little more often for those who have the extra time to train the lifts or possibly want to compete.
