We had a great event last week featuring Dr. Salih Samo (University of Kansas) co-hosted by Dr. Ravi Prakash (Advocate Health), who recently performed his 100th TIF procedure. While reviewing cTIF/TIF 2.0 cases, Dr. Samo and Dr. Prakash discussed the value of the entire GI team having a comprehensive understanding of GERD anatomy, physiology, and treatment options. They also reinforced how collaboration, efficient patient work-up and diligent patient selection all lead to optimizing clinical outcomes.
