9:30 - 10:40am Vinyasa Flow
This class is the whole sha-BANG! Vinyasa style class aimed at dance-y sequencing, generous stretches, strength and breathwork imbued with feelings of grounding, joy and serenity.

11:00am - 12pm Park Postnatal
Find community as you adjust to your new life and get reacquainted with your non-pregnant body. In postnatal yoga, we work to address both the physical and emotional challenges that come with this early stage of parenthood. For folks who are 4+ weeks postpartum.
Each class works to strengthen areas that may need of extra support and release tension in areas that are strained by the new duties of early parenthood.

4:10-5:10pm Baby & Me Flow
Take time for yourself and your baby as you move through a holistic yoga practice. This class gently stabilizes the joints, builds up heat and strength in the muscles with standing poses as well as core work, and winds down to release tension with sweet restorative postures. Connect with yourself on a deeper physical, mental, and emotional level while connecting in a meaningful and fun way with your baby. For folks who are 5+ weeks postpartum.
This class is more of standard Baby and me style session where we will do more yoga that involves baby and perhaps even use them in our fitness experience.
