I'm grateful for the family and friends that have been so supportive during this year, assisting with proofreading, sharing posts, purchasing Bible studies as gifts, and extending grace with tech issues on the website. Some of you consistently go above and beyond, and I appreciate you so very much.

This business has had to take the back burner this year in favor of my family's needs, and the business that actually brings an income. ;) But my heart keeps circling back to creating products that may make a difference for eternity for somebody. And no matter how long it's been since I've posted, you all stick around and are happy to see new resources when I emerge from the fog once again. Thank you. đź’ť

This afternoon, I'm reading my Bible. In public.

I'm at a coffee shop, enjoying my daughter's company, my latte, and my Bible.

But this morning....

This morning I got a message from someone forwarding info from friends of theirs. Friends who have to keep their faith a secret in order to be safe. Friends who have to hide their Bible. Friends who were traveling yesterday. Friends who still have their Bible today because (once again) God blinded the eyes of people who may have brought them harm - just for possessing a Bible.

This afternoon I'm grateful for the freedom to read my Bible in public. And I'm also grateful for people who willingly go when God calls them to places not as free.

And I pray.

I pray for their safety. I pray for the safety of their friends. I pray that God continues to guide and protect them. I pray for God's marvelous light to continue to break through the deep darkness. I pray that more and more people in these dark places seek His light. His freedom. His peace. His joy.

**NEW PRODUCT**

When writing feels like a chore, this pack of fun creative writing prompts can put the spark back into your homeschool day.

Your student will have the freedom to choose between describing an axolotl, designing a poster to advertise a circus, or writing about a child playing in a mud puddle. Or perhaps they’ll choose to write about a time traveler, write a thank you note, or describe a food that is gross.

These creative writing prompts fall under categories like: Fantasy, Personification, Advertising, People and Conversations, Places, Holidays and Home, Animals, Music, Outdoor, and so many more.

This printable PDF includes check boxes to track assignment choices, and can be printed as needed for multiple students within the same family, or can be placed in sheet protectors for use with a write-on/wipe-off marker.

These nine pages of creative writing projects are a little silly, a little serious, a little out of the box – just as all great writing assignments should be.

Recommended for grades 4-8.
