The athletic look many people want, often referred to as “sculpted” and “toned”, comes from building muscle and getting lean enough to see it.

There aren't any special workouts for 'toning. Lift heavy, build muscle. I promise You won't end up looking bulky 🙏🏾

Exercise variables that can increase testosterone in men

•Large muscle group exercises (e.g., deadlift, power clean, squats)
• Heavy resistance (85-95% of 1RM)
• Moderate to high volume of exercise, (with multiple sets, multiple exercises, or both)
• Short rest intervals (30 seconds to 1 minute)
• Two years or more of resistance training experience
