Huge shoutout to our client, Devin, who is officially down nearly 10lbs since starting his summer mini cut!

What impresses us most isn’t just the weight loss. It’s the consistency, discipline, and commitment he’s shown over the last 12 weeks.

As we pushed toward getting below 12% body fat, the process wasn’t easy. Calories got low. Cardio got high. There were plenty of opportunities to make excuses or cut corners, but Devin stayed locked in and continued showing up day after day.
