I am so impressed with these buyers! When they heard that their landlord was going to sell the property they were renting, they called me to see how they could buy it and become landlord themselves! After discussing several investing strategies, they decided they wanted to . They will be living in one unit and renting out the second unit by the room. Eventually, the plan will even include converting the garage into an ADU! By doing this, they will be essentially living mortgage free and allowing them the opportunity to replicate the process. 👏
