In construction, there is no higher compliment than having a returning client. After completing the Redding, Ca. U Haul expansion in January 2025, we were invited to serve as the GC on another, larger project. This week we planted our fencing and banners on the new U Haul project in Ukiah, Ca. This project includes a 93,555 Sq Ft showroom and 3 story self-storage building, and a separate 16,959 SF U Box Warehouse, all on a 7.5 acre landscaped & hardscaped lot. Stay tuned for updates!

Its official, Subway's Grand Opening is set for April 9th from 12pm -1pm located on Oasis Road. Come get your sub sandwich & a drink as you check out the newly remodeled facility.

Ground-up construction and turnkey delivery of a 90,000 sq. ft. 3 story, climate controlled indoor storage facility featuring 754 individual units. Also included an 11,000 sq. ft. warehouse space for U Box pod storage. Project included all site grading and finishes as well as improvements to City infrastructure and roadways.

This 2722 sq ft interior tenant improvement project was for a new toy store. Learning Express Toys & Gifts located outside of the Mt Shasta Mall in one of the last vacant spaces of the mall expansion.
