Bbq chicken sandwich with dill pickle and tomatoes in mayo.
Baked some chicken breast with bbq sauce. When cooked and cooled a bit, add to food processor and zoom just enough to shred chicken. Add some remaining sauce from cooking, and more bbq sauce as needed to flavor. Mix well. Spread on bread of choice. I used chibotta rolls and spread with mayo. Goes great with fresh chopped tomatoes mixed with mayo.
Left over chicken mix can be frozen in vac sealed bags for later.

Brunch today
Raisin bread french toast
3-4 eggs Splash of milk
Ginger, Ginseng, Cinnamon, and Turmeric (to your taste)
Whip all to smooth liquid, then dip your raisen bread and coat each side. Cook on griddle, medium heat for about 4 minutes, each side. Check doneness during cooking. Serve with butter, powdered sugar or not, and Fry's pure maple syrup from Wisconsin. Enjoy!
