The days are getting shorter. Time to turn the water down.
Better to take a couple days off the schedule than water less time each day.
Let things dry out to prevent fungus in lawns and weeds from getting out of control. Prevent root rot on the plants.

Also…….This has been a horrible year for insects. Easy to fix with the product from home depot. If you see red/orange moths you have grubs in the lawn.
The cold will stop them soon but they will eat the roots for another month or so. March is the time to apply it next year.
