🔥Employee Spotlight: Tristan!🔥 If you’ve ever had great meat at Odell Craft BBQ, there’s a good chance Tristan had something to do with it.
As our Executive Chef & Pit Master, Tristan owns the pit, the food, and the standard. He’s responsible for every cook, every cut, and the consistency that defines the Odell Craft BBQ experience.
But his story with Odell started long before he was running the pit. Back in 2018, Jason was a regular customer when Tristan was working as a barista. One day, as the early pop-up days were taking off, Jason asked, “What are you doing from midnight to 5 AM?” Tristan’s answer? “Playing video games.” Jason replied, “Want to watch the smoker while I take a nap?” And the rest is history.
