I’m Hailey—licensed lash artist, brow whisperer, chaos coordinator (aka mom of 3), and the face behind Essential Esthetics.

I’ve been in the beauty game since 2017 and let me tell you… it’s been a ride. I started this business after seeing too many “quick and cheap” lash jobs that left people with more glue than glam. So I built something different: a studio that’s all about customization, collaboration, and actually protecting your natural lashes. Crazy, right?

Through babies, burnout, and building back post-pandemic & I’ve never stopped believing in this work—or in the power of feeling confident in your skin (and your lashes).
