Shasta Physical Therapy

This is what happens when you’re old and you try to keep up with the young bucks. They work their butts off in rehab and will be back on the trail soon. 

It’s been a long journey, but Bob has stayed positive through it all. His attitude and determination have been an inspiration not only to us, but to everyone who he comes in contact with at the office. We will miss you!

The man in the foreground is Don Russell. For the past 17 years he has been a regular here at Shasta PT.  He is 96 years old! And still going strong.  He is also a World War II veteran with a very clear mind. A couple weeks ago he asked me if he could sit down with us and tell us his personal story.  It was fun sitting around having pizza and listening to him, amazing. Thank you Mr. Russell for your service. Also for being the unofficial Shasta PT ambassador and reminding us all that freedom is never free.
