Youth & Family Programs is looking for a Full-Time Maintenance/Grounds Technician to help maintain our facilities and create safe, welcoming environments for the children, families, and staff we serve.

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Perform routine building and grounds maintenance
🔹 Complete interior and exterior repairs
🔹 Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and emergencies
🔹 Track and schedule ongoing maintenance needs
🔹 Adapt to changing priorities while keeping projects on track

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Hardworking and self-motivated
✔️ Reliable with a strong work ethic
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent
✔️ Experience with general maintenance is a plus

💲 Up to $26.00 per hour
🕒 Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week
✅ Benefits Eligible

📍 Location: 2770 Pioneer Drive, Redding, CA
