Well, the time of year has come, and we are closing down! We will be back at it next spring, however, with the weather, and everything else going on, it is time. Getting ready for week 2 of Matthews BBQ full time. I started out just doing weekends, but the requests have been coming in and I decided to open up Wed.-Sun. This last week went pretty ok, I had to put up more money than I wanted to. I had my hot water heater and my faucet all go bad on me with a day of each other. I also, finally got permanent power as well. It's sweet.
