Action Axle Suspension and Brake

Cool job we wrapped up this week.......

A Clayton Off Road 2.5" Overland+ suspension system on Dan's JKU.

Up front we installed Off Road Only's "Swayloc" dual rate front sway bar.

We decided on Fox 2.0 resi shocks w/ CD clickers and a Fox 2.0 TS steering stabilizer. Twisted her up on the forklift and tuned bump stops.....Gained a total of 3.25" Front and 2.75" Rear total vertical wheel travel!

On this project we delivered it with off the shelf shocks so Dan will more appreciate the transformation after we finish this project with his shock tuning after a bit of seat time.

It was thought at first that his existing 33s would be fine for a while, but with the aftermarket fenders, there us A LOT of space to fill? Hmmmmm.....

Found this hackery along with the axle bearing installed backwards on a TJ Dana 44 a couple of weeks back.......

Pretty sure if you don't have the skillz or tools to do the job, you probably lack the knowledge as well?
