I love what I do.
Honestly I still can’t believe it sometimes. I love loving on people and helping their bodies feel better and their minds slow down. I love seeing people take brave steps like traveling abroad for the first time, or attending an event outside their comfort zone. I love seeing people connect and make new friends because they met at one of my classes. I love seeing people realize they need to implement self care because they are worthy of it. I love seeing people choose to schedule fun into their lives.
