Another day at the office 🥊

Today working with this 14 year old (9th session btw) I was reminded of my first time walking into a boxing gym.

Loved the experience, I wanted it.

But it costs $200 a month. 😬

So I thought about it, over and over.

The next day, a random letter showed up in the mail.

From my old job at Denny’s. “Lawsuit Settlement” 🤔

Check for $220.

Friend of mine would say, that’s the Universe/God winking at you 😉.

So many miracles like this one have transpired for me to being doing what I’m doing.

Almost a decade in and I feel like I’m just getting started. 🚀

Gotta keep listening to those whispers, this is way bigger than me. ✨

To Hotshot Firefighter 👨‍🚒🔥 When Nikolas first came in, he had a lot of fire inside with nowhere to put it. Boxing gave him a place to channel it. Over time, that raw energy turned into real discipline, focus, and purpose. Before each session, we did some breathwork and quick emotion check-ins, plus a few Rose, Bud, Thorns of the week. It was a simple way to name where we were at before stepping into the work. 🔑 By the end, he’d leave clearer, more grounded, and less caught up in the noise outside. HE did the work. I had the honor of being in his corner, pushing, guiding, and reflecting, just like so many mentors have done for me. ∞ We ALL need a support system. Who’s in your corner?
