What can a handyman do? What if it is a larger job?

A handyman can do any job up to $500 (labor and materials) if it is attached to the property. Custom projects that are not attached can go over the $500 limit. Custom jobs on non real estate (such as houseboats are not limited to the $500)

Any larger jobs or remodel jobs, I will be working under a local contractor or referring out. We opened up the Handyman business to help with all the little projects that you can't get a contractor out to take care.
