Emergent Construction is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to manage the construction of a ~$20M building project in Redding, CA. The building is a 28,000SF 2-Story structure with the entire first level being concrete 3D printed.
Although concrete 3D printing experience is not needed, the ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience in commercial building construction management.
This project is scheduled to break ground in December 2025 and will last approximately 18 months. The Superintendent position, however, is ready to be filled immediately. This position will require relocation to Redding, CA. Remote work is not an option.
