I was so disappointed in DirectTV and we had just moved his Mom in and wanted our Dish back, they took care of it and there were no hassles and they came right out and handled the switch smoothly and got us a refund and a $400 card from Dish! If you want great service and install with no issues, this is the company to call!!!
