​Your Role:
-​Manage and follow up on company-provided leads.
-​Conduct in-home consultations and present product/service options (e.g., roofing, siding). This will include walking roofs, performing detailed inspections, identifying potential storm damage, and various other duties. We specialize in storm damage restoration AND retail roof and exterior sales.
​-Prepare and present accurate quotes and contracts.
-​Close sales and maintain high customer satisfaction.
-​Represent our company's values of integrity and quality.

Qualifications:
-​Proven success in a sales role (exterior home improvement experience is a plus).
-​Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
​-Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
-​Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

Compensation is fully Commission based. Rate is based on experience.
