Work with instruction and support to complete a series of projects over the course of this 4-week workshop. Take this opportunity to try out different art materials and explore where ever your imagination may lead you.

Discover the magic of breathwork. This guided session invites you to use your breath as a tool for release, clarity, and renewal. Together with music and shared energy, we’ll create a safe space for deep letting go — whatever that looks like for you. All are welcome.

Facilitated by Diana Benz with , who holds certificationa in breathwork facilitation, Block Therapy™, yoga, and Reiki. She is devoted to creating joyful spaces for healing, growth, and connection.

What you’ll need:

Wear warm, comfortable clothes suitable for lying down.
Avoid heavy meals at least 30 minutes prior to arrival.
Bring a mat and a blanket for comfort, (or borrow these from us here at the center)
