Early this morning, I received a phone call from a mother and daughter who were on there way back from an 8 hour drive they do regularly to Boston for a specialty treatment. (They left at 3:30 AM this morning just to get to the doctors on time)

The mother had called me months earlier at a dead end, trembling voice and in tears looking to find someone to come to her home to administer IV nutrient therapy for her daughter (who was unable to come into our lounge due to exhaustion) but hadn’t had any luck in upstate New York. Luckily, we were able go to their home and to set them up with an IV and a treatment plan that we thought would help her daughter feel better.

In the car, the mother said my daughter would like to say something to you… Her daughter clears her throat and says, “ Thank you so much. Thank you and your team so much. I can’t thank you enough- this has been a game changer and I love your nurses.”

This is the reason myself and our incredible staff of nurses started NuHydration - for phone calls like these from our remarkably resilient clients.

We are so grateful for this opportunity in upstate New York and look forward to continuing to help many many more.
