Events:
Kids: 25m dash, 50m dash, 100m dash, 400m dash, 800m dash
Heats will be formed based on age/gender and how many kids sign up for each particular race. This could mean 4 and under, 6 and under, 8 and under (etc.) or combining a few age groups depending on the day.


Open: 100m dash, 200m dash, 400m dash, 800m dash, 1600m run, 1600m walk, 3200m run, relays based on interest day of and time permitting.
Heats will be formed based on ability.

Order of events (rolling starts to save time):
Starting at 6pm

1. Open 1600m run and walk
2. Kids Straightaway Dashes (25m, 50m, 100m)
3. Open 100m dash
4. Kids 200m dash
5. Open 400m dash
6. Kids 400m dash
7. Open 800m dash
8. Kids 800m dash
9. Open 200m dash
10. Open 3200m run
11. Relays
