I love the long look. Pyrdoodles that are true 50% Pyrenees have the best coat for long or short. They have the perfect mix of long hair and soft cotton undercoat. Different pups will have less or more of the soft coat depending on the Pyrenees coat quality. A true quality Pyrenees has a large fluffy thick coat, however, if groomed regularly it is easy to maintain. So a Pyrdoodle bred from a quality Pyrenees will have a thick undercoat as well but it easily combs out. Don’t be afraid to keep that coat it’s adorable but also because of this soft undercoat they can be groomed into cute teddy bear clips too! This guy is going through his puppy to adult transition and it requires a little bit more time but still quite easy. A few minutes of line combing them bristle brushing is all you need once a day :)
