🚧 DEMO DAY is finally here! 🚧 After a month-long extensive salvage phase, we're excited to start the "New Age Estate" for our clients in Andover. As a company standard, we remove and save all cabinetry, appliances, electrical, and plumbing fixtures at a minimum before demolition. On this particular project, we also removed hardscaping, built-in millwork, a roof-mounted solar array, and two Tesla powerwalls. All saved materials will either get reused in the new house or donated locally. With some thoughtful planning, the existing pool and pool deck will be reused and will remain in close proximity to the new home.
