I had a great time celebrating the 75th Annual Shoemakersville Children’s Parade and Fair this weekend! 🎉

For 75 years, this beloved community tradition has brought families together while supporting the Shoemakersville Recreation Board and its free summer program for local youth.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s event such a success. It was wonderful to see our community come together, and I look forward to many more years of this outstanding tradition! 🎈🇺🇸

June 6 marks the 82nd anniversary of D-Day, the Allied invasion of Normandy that began the final push to liberate Europe during World War II.

On this day, we remember the courage and sacrifice of the more than 10,000 Allied soldiers who were killed or wounded during the landings. We honor the men and women who served, and we pay special tribute to those who never returned home.

Their bravery changed the course of history, and their legacy will never be forgotten. 🇺🇸
