Business of Beer starts August 31st! Knowing how to brew high quality beer from start to finish is only one part of the equation. If your goal is to go beyond the brewhouse and start your own brewery, this module will dive into some of the key aspects and goals to get your brewery off the ground and in front of thirsty customers looking for the ‘next big thing.’🍺

The course will be offered 8/31 – 10/16/2026. This is a remote learning opportunity with Zoom instruction/discussions held Wednesday evenings from 8-9pm.

Wine Fining, Filtration, & Bottling starts August 24th! 🍷🍇
This course provides an in-depth look at clarification, stabilization and packaging processes found in the winery. Topics include common fining agents, their uses and application; filtration systems and media; and packaging options, including pouches, bottles and kegs.

Aug. 24 - Oct. 16

This course incorporates online lecture with scheduled Zoom discussions Wednesday evenings from 7-8pm on Sept. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, & Oct. 7.
